These Terms of Service govern your use of Auron. By inviting or using the bot, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer(s) of Auron. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Auron Discord bot, including all related features, services, and functionality. By using Auron in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
You represent that you meet the minimum age requirements established by Discord and applicable law. You further confirm that you have the authority to add and operate bots within any server in which Auron is used, or that you have received explicit permission from the server owner to do so.
Auron is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc. Your use of Auron is subject to Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and platform policies.
Auron provides automated tools for moderation, logging, security, analytics, and server operations. Features may change over time and may be modified, limited, or removed at any time without prior notice.
Auron stores limited technical data such as user IDs, server IDs, message counts, invite counts, and configuration settings strictly for functionality. Auron does not store message content, direct messages, or personal data beyond what is required to operate its features.
You agree not to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Auron or its infrastructure. You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used within your server.
Auron is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, reliability, or data retention. Downtime, errors, or data loss may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer(s) of Auron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bot.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Auron after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
